Allu Arjun Gives Pushpa 2 Full Credit To Sukumar: Written and directed by Sukumar, Allu Arjun-starrer epic sequel, the highly awaited movie of the year, Pushpa 2 The Rule, was released amid super high expectations from fans and movie buffs worldwide. Upon its theatrical release on Dec 5 in six languages on over 12,000 screens, Pushpa 2 movie earned a massive response from the fans and the movie went on to break several hundreds of entire Indian film records, globally. Now that Pushpa 2 is the 'Fastest Rs 1000 Crore grosser' in India and the Biggest Bollywood hit to date, a Thank You meet was held in New Delhi with Allu Arjun in attendance.

Speaking at the success meeting today (December 12), Allu Arjun entirely gave the full credit to director Sukumar, by mentioning his full name for the first time in public. Sukumar always preferred to be known and called by his name 'Sukumar' and ditched any surnames professionally. However, Allu Arjun's mentioning of Sukumar's full name raised a few eyebrows, giving so much content to anti-fans who are pointing out his controversial Nandyal visit.

Allu Arjun said, "This entire success goes to everybody but if I have to sum up, the credit goes to my director who is ruling Indian cinema box office. All my highest respects to my director. It is none other than Bandi Sukumar Reddy garu. It is purely his vision and hard work that has put us all at this level. It is his success. (Pointing at Sukumar) Darling, on a personal note, thank you. I owe this entire success to you."

Speaking about Pushpa 2 becoming the 'Fastest Rs 1000 Crore Grosser,' Allu Arjun said, "Within 2-3 months, hopefully by next summer, I want these records to be broken because that means progression it doesn't matter which industry Tamil industry, Telugu industry or, the Hindi industry, I like these records to be broken. I want progression which means growth which means India is going up. I love growth."

In addition to the cast reprising their roles in the sequel, Jagapathi Babu was seen playing a pivotal role in the film. Sreeleela sizzled in the special item track 'Kissik.'

Written and directed by Sukumar, the movie's dialogues were penned by Srikanth Vissa. Miroslaw Kuba Brozek cranked the camera, and AA Films distributed it. Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar of the Mythri Movie Makers banner in association with Sukumar Writings, funded the movie. Karthika Srinivas and Ruben worked as the editors. Pushpa 2 marks one of the most iconic collaborations of the successful trio Sukumar-Allu Arjun-Devi Sri Prasad.
