Buddy Release Trailer Launched: Allu Sirish, Allu Arjun's younger brother is hitting the silver screen after a very long time with an action comedy film written and directed by Sam Anton. Titled 'Buddy,' the movie is said to be an entertaining watch with a unique plot. Buddy is going to be released worldwide on August 2. The movie is the official remake of a Kollywood film titled 'Teddy' which has Arya and his now wife Sayyeshaa Saigal in the lead roles.

Ahead of the film's theatrical release, the makers of the film and the cast are taking part in extensive promotional activities. At first, the movie's release date was announced as July 26 but it was then postponed to August 2. The movie's digital streaming rights have also been sold to the leading OTT giant Netflix.

Buddy Release Trailer Now Out

The makers dropped a trailer long ago when the first release date was announced but to keep the audiences hooked and expectations rising, a release trailer was launched on July 30 at 3 PM. Check it out below.

Buddy Synopsis
A teddy bear joins hands with Aditya Ram (Allu Sirish) who is a pilot to save the world and the people of the country from a grave threat. In addition to the greater good, Buddy also has a personal reason.

The movie stars Allu Sirish, Gayathri Bhardwaj, Ajmal Ameer, Ali, Prisha Singh, Sriram Reddy Polasane, and Mukesh Kumar among others in key roles.

Buddy Crew
The movie Buddy was produced by K.E.Gnanavelraja and Aadhana Gnanavelraja under the Studio Green Films banner. Krishnan cranked the camera for the film while its entire music was composed by Hiphop Tamizha.

The movie 'Teddy' was released in 2021 and was directed by Sakthi Soundarrajan. Teddy earned a decent response at the box office and is now available to stream on Disney Plus Hotstar.
