Actor Suhas' latest release titled 'Ambajipeta Marriage Band,' written and directed by Dushyanth Katikaneni in his directorial debut, hit the screens amid decent expectations on February 2. The movie's theatrical trailer created curiosity and buzz ahead of the release and the movie's premise, production scale, quality, and performances met with great appreciation.

Ambajipeta Marriage Band Premise

Set in a village called Ambajipeta in 2007, Malli (Suhas) and Padma (Saranya) are twins. Malli works in the popular Ambajipeta Marriage Band while Padma is a school teacher. Their father runs a saloon. Malli takes a liking for Lakshmi (Sivani Nagaram), who is the sister of Venkat Babu (Nithin Prasanna). They both start meeting each other at the saloon shop. Meanwhile, there is a rumour that Padma and Venkat Babu are in an illicit relationship. After Padma hits Venkat's brother, Srinu comes to know about her brother Malli's love affair with his sister. He resorts to humiliating Padma at the school. What did Malli do? What happened to his love? Answers to these questions form the crux of the Ambajipeta Marriage Band.

The digital streaming rights to this latest village action drama are secured for a decent price by none other than Aha Video, the first ever Telugu-only OTT. The streaming of the movie Ambajipeta Marriage Band on Aha Video will start streaming on the OTT from March 1, reportedly. The official announcement is, however, pending.

This comedy emotional drama with a sensitive undercurrent theme stars Suhas as Mallikarjun aka Malli. In addition, the movie also features Shivani Nagaram, Goparaju Ramana, Swarnakanth, Nithin Prasanna, Vinay Mahadev, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, and Sharanya Pradeep among others in key roles.

The movie is a joint production venture of GA 2 Pictures, Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment, and Mahayana Motion Pictures banners helmed by Dheeraj Mogilineni, and Venkat Reddy. Bunny Vas and Venkatesh Maha are presenting the film. Wajid Baig cranked the camera and Kodati Pavan Kalyan worked as the film's editor. Shekar Chandra composed the entire background score and music for the Ambajipeta Marriage Band movie.
