Written, directed, and enacted by Sundar C, the movie was co-written by Venkatt Ragavan and S.B. Ramadass, featuring Tamannaah and Raashii Khanna among others in the key roles.

After the much-hyped theatrical release on May 3, the movie went on to becoming the first biggest hit of Kollywood in 2024. The movie was dubbed as 'Baak' in Telugu and the makers are also planning for a Hindi release for Aranmanai 4, owing to the actresses' popularity and the film's success.

This comedy-horror film stars Sundar C, Tamannaah, Raashii Khanna, Santhosh Prathap, Ramachandra Raju, Kovai Srala, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Vennela Kishore, Srinivasa Reddy, K.S. While Sundar C wrote the story, he and Venkatt Ragavan worked on the film's screenplay.
