Actor Parameshwar Hivrale Quits At The Last Minute: Finally, the day of the grand launch of the most-loved Telugu TV reality show 'Bigg Boss Telugu's new season has arrived. Billed as the 'limitless entertainment' season, the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 is going to go on air today at 7 PM on the Star Maa channel.

Parmeshwar Hivrale is one name that has been circulating widely in the rumoured contestants list ever since the buzz around the hyped reality show Bigg Boss Telugu 8 picked up on the internet. Parameshwar is a young actor who is making his directorial debut with a pan-India biopic film titled 'Gummadi Narsaiah.'

The 32-year-old actor also won a Filmfare nomination for Jathiya Rahadari movie in the year 2021. He made his acting debut in 2015 with 'Chiru Godavalu.' He was then seen in films like 'Kumari 18 +' 'Lavanya with Love Boys,' and 'Daari.'

The actor-director, who received the confirmation mail had reportedly turned down the offer just one day before the shooting of the launch episode commenced. He cited health-related issues for his decision. Going by the available updates from the sources, Parameshwar Hivrale will not make his debut in the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 today but might likely enter the house as a wild card housemate.

For this brand new season too, the housemates are going to be a mix of small-screen celebrities, actors, actresses, and social media influencers. They are all going to take part in the reality show together under a roof as groups and individuals. A series of games, contests, and challenges are thrown at them during weekdays and the weekends are reserved for the host's review.

The names of the confirmed contestants for the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 are: Aditya Om, Shekhar Basha, Yashmi Gowda, Vishnu Priya, Abhai Naveen, Prerana, Parameshwar Hivrale, Nainika, Sonia Akula, Nikhil, Bezawada Bebakka, Seetha, and Naga Manikanta.

The show's makers have also put a couple of other finalised contestants as backup. Jabardasth Rocking Rakesh, model-cum-doctor Ravi Teja, news reader Kalyani, and Prithvi Raj. In addition, the ex-contestant of Bigg Boss Buzz, Anchor Shiva, was also finalized for season 8 as a wild card contestant.

Names of Shanoor Sana, Indraaniel Varma, Anjali Pavan, Nandu Ramisetty, Khayyum Ali, and Vismaya Sri have done the rounds as the rumoured contestants. While Nandu Ramisetty was not approachd at all, the others have been offered a chance and they declined it citing various reasons. Indraaniel Varma, Anjali Pavan, and Vismaya Sri have backed out.
