Bigg Boss Telugu 8 Contestants Rumoured Salary: The grand launch of the much-awaited Telugu TV reality show's new season Bigg Boss Telugu 8 happened on the night of September 1. The show introduced as many as 14 new contestants who were sent into the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 house by the host Nagarjuna to create an epic reality show.

With a grand launch event, the new season began with Nagarjuna grooving to Jr NTR's 'Fear' song during his stunning entry. The launch episode also saw Nani, Rana Daggubati, Priyanka Mohan, Anil Ravipudi, and Nivetha Thomas as guests.

No Captain, No Immunity, No Ration In This Limitless Season

The Bigg Boss Telugu 8 house came with the promise of 'limitless entertainment' to the Television viewers and fans. The house is vibrant and was built on a jungle theme. After the housemates entered the house, the host announced that there won't be a captain inside the house for this entire season, which means there will be no immunity. He also revealed that there will be no ration. The contestants have to play and earn their ration and other facilities inside the house. In addition, there is also 'limitless' price money for the winner, which is again something that increases with contestants performance.

The contestants are Yashmi, Nikhil Maliyakkal, Abhay Naveen, Soniya Akula, Bezawada Bebakka, Shekar Basha, Kiraak Seetha, Aditya Om, Naga Manikanta, Prithviraj, Vishnupriya, Nainika, and Nabeel Afridi. The housemates are mostly not familiar with the Telugu audiences except for Nikhil, Shekar Basha, and Abhay Naveen. The ardent followers of the show have expressed disappointment in the producers' decision to select the contestants.

Aditya Om Is Highest Paid With Rs 5 Lakh Per Week?

According to the available information, this time the contestants have come for a rather budget package as many of them are from the Star Maa television channel. The remunerations for the contestants are fixed depending on their daily work payment, their craze, and the reach they have in the public domains.

For the 14 contestants who are taking part in the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 season, the remunerations ranged between Rs 1 Lakh per week and Rs 5 Lakh. Reportedly, Aditya Om is the highest-paid contestant in the season. Other detailed remuneration information will be revealed shortly.
