Bigg Boss Telugu 8 Grand Launch On September 1: The brand new season of the highly-loved and awaited Telugu TV reality show, Bigg Boss, is back with its 'limitless entertainment.' Akkineni Nagarjuna is returning to the reality show as its host for the fifth consecutive time and the makers of Bigg Boss Telugu 8 are having several surprises to thrill the show's fans.

The launch of the new season of Bigg Boss Telugu 8 was scheduled for September 1. The shooting for the launch episode began as early as 7 AM on August 31 when the show's host and the contestants met each other before entering the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 house. As many as 15 contestants were reportedly sent into the house as the first batch of housemates of this "limitless" season where the entertainment is double.

The contestants who got finalized for the reality show were first moved to a star hotel in the city where they spent two days before the launch episode. Their mobile phones and other personal belongings except for clothing have been confiscated after a thorough check.

The new season will run for 100 days and as only 14-15 contestants have entered the house, another bunch of contestants are likely to be sent inside the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 house during the fifth week. Also, several ex-contestants will be seen in Bigg Boss Telugu 8 season. Names of Anchor Shiva, Nayani Pavani, and Shobha Shetty are doing the rounds. In addition, Arjun Ambati is going to host the exit interview called Bigg Boss Buzz for this season.

Contestants Of Bigg Boss Telugu 8

The contestants this time are mostly television actors who predominantly work with the Star Maa channel. Like how there were Amardeep, Priyanka Jain, and Shobha Shetty along with Arjun Ambati were part of Bigg Boss Telugu 7, this time too, there are a bunch of Star Maa artists taking part in the reality show. They are reportedly signed for the show on a package basis.

The names of the housemates who technically already entered the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 show include Aditya Om, Bezawada Bebakka, Abhay Naveen, Yashmi Gowda, Vishnu Priya Bhimineni, Prerana, Nikhil, Nainika, Sonia Akula, Shekhar Basha, Parameshwar Hivrale, Kirraak Seetha, and others.
