Manikanta Talks About His Wife Priya's Reaction After Self-elimination From Bigg Boss: In an unexpected outcome, Naga Manikanta, one of the most promising contestants of the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 reality show, self-eliminated in the seventh weekend event. Host Nagarjuna tried to convince Manikanta to remain inside the house of the faith his fans and audiences have invested in him. Still, Manikanta was adamant about coming out of the house.

Manikanta entered the house as one of the contestants with the least expectations. He was in fact nominated by the majority of the housemates as the first contestant to be sent outside the house. He then opened up a bit about his family life and personal life which garnered him loads of sympathy.

He elaborated on why the Bigg Boss reality show is important for him personally and professionally as his wife and his two-year-old daughter were distant from him due to his mistakes. He expressed that the reality show's image is the only thing that will help him win his entire life back.

After coming out of the house, Manikanta spoke to the media and YouTube channels at his house. He said, "Love you all. I did not expect this much love. It is your love that brought me this far. I'm sorry for coming out but it is important to take care of my health. I thank the audience for giving me a life."

Manikanta also wrote on his Instagram account, "Thank you all so much for your love, support, and votes throughout this journey.

I'm truly sorry for making this decision, but my health needs to come first right now.
