Nikhil & Naga Manikanta Argue: The brand new season of Bigg Boss Telugu 8 finally unfolded on September 1 with the grand launch episode. As the season's host, Nagarjuna returned with a new set of contestants sent inside the house in pairs. About 14 contestants from various entertainment platforms were sent inside the house and locked up.

During the grand launch, Nani, Priyanka Mohan, Rana Daggubati, Nivetha Thomas, and Anil Ravipudi arrived on the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 set to promote their films. On the same day, the contestants met each other. Among the housemates, Nikhil, Prerana, Naga Manikanta, and Vishnupriya are familiar with each other from their television careers.

After the launch, fans of the Bigg Boss Telugu show expressed disappointment about the selection of contestants as there were no well-known faces and mainstream actors to make the show interesting.

Reportedly, the first-week nominations have taken place inside the Bigg Boss Telugu 8 house and sources confirm an argument between Nikhil and Naga Manikanta. A recent promo also revealed that they have been talking about the way another person nominated Naga Manikanta during the Anil Ravipudi round.

In the promo, Nikhil and Naga Manikanta were seen talking about it. Manikanta was seen saying, "When you are nominating to send me out, there is a difference in how you make your nomination. It is not about respect but feelings. You are always trying to pull that topic out and I don't like it," he said to Nikhil.

On another occasion, Sonia and Shekar Basha have argued about the Oranges. A couple of housemates were seen playing with Oranges and Sonia yelled.

A challenge called 'Pattukuni Undandi' was organized for the contestants who were supposed to hold onto the ropes only, until the others got disqualified. Check out the latest promo.
