Fans Upset With Chiranjeevi's 'Vishwambhara' Makers: Megastar Chiranjeevi, who is celebrating his 69th birthday today is flooded with best wishes from his family, friends, fans, and well-wishers. The actor who will be next seen in a socio-fantasy drama titled 'Vishwambhara' received a poster from the makers of the film on the occasion. They are very confident on the movie which is currently on the sets. Vishwambhara is going to be released worldwide in Telugu on a mammoth scale on January 10 for the Srankanti festival season.

Vishwambhara was written and is being directed by 'Bimbisara' fame Mallidi Vassishta. This movie stars Trisha as the female lead and marks the collaboration between Chiranjeevi and Trisha after 'Stalin.' The movie makers dropped a birthday poster for the veteran but the mega fans seem to have expected more than that. Check out the tweets below.

While fans are happy about this unique collaboration that has amplified the expectations, they are only hoping that the film will become a bigger success than Waltair Veerayya and deliver another blockbuster to Chiranjeevi rather than becoming one like his notable socio-fantasy film 'Anji.'

Megastar Chiranjeevi's film also achieved the unique feat of closing its overseas rights deal even before the movie went on the sets for shooting. As per the news reports, Sarigama distributors have shelled out Rs 18 Crore for the same.

Chiranjeevi is only part of the movie Vishwambhara currently and no other movie updates were announced. Fans who expected some video content from the makers were disappointed that there was only a poster of their megastar from the movie.

V Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati, and Vikram Reddy are funding the project under their UV Creations banner. Chota K. Naidu is on board as the cinematographer and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is roped in as the film's editor. Santhosh Kamireddy will work with him. Sai Madhav Burra is penning the dialogues for the film.
