Devara Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Starring NTR Jr in a dual role, writer-director Koratala Siva's latest action drama Devara, hit the screens worldwide to humongous buzz and record advance sales on September 27. The movie was released in five languages and is getting stellar reviews for NTR Jr performance and a commendable first half.

NTR Jr arrived on the silver screen as a solo protagonist after six years and fans' joy is uncontrollable. They celebrated Devara: Part 1's release with festive fervour in a few locations like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and the USA.

Devara Synopsis

Devara (NTR Jr) is a leader of Yerra Samudram, a conglomeration of four villages on the hill near Ratnagiri. He along with Bhaira (Saif Ali Khan) and Rayappa (Srikanth) accept money in exchange for looting the container ships for Muruga (Murali Sharma). One day, when Devara finds out that the shipment has weapons that are being used against people, he decides to stop the activity which enrages Bhaira.

Bhaira then uses Rayappa to plot the death of Devara. After killing all of them who attacked him, Devara leaves a message for the villagers and Bhaira that he will not spare anyone if they dare to go to the sea for smuggling. After 12 years, Vara (NTR Jr) Devara's son grows up into a coward. Bhaira then sends Vara to the sea to steal a shipment full of weapons. Did Devara attack his son Vara? How did Devara disappear? The answers to these questions form the crux of Devara: Part 1.

NTR Jr's hyped action drama Devara opened amid sky-high expectations worldwide on September 27. The advance bookings for the movie created a new benchmark and the movie is expected to make over Rs 50 Crore on its first day in India from five languages.

The movie stars NTR Jr in a dual role as Deva and Vara. Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are making their Telugu debut with Koratala Siva's directorial. Saif will be seen playing the role of Bhaira. In addition, the movie features seasoned actors in the form of Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Shruti Marate, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Chaithra Rai, and Abhimanyu Singh.
