Devara: Jr NTR & Janhvi Kapoor's 'Chuttamalle' Song Trending On Top 1 On YouTube Despite Backlash; Fans Elated

Devara Second Single 'Chuttamalle' Records: Jr NTR's upcoming action drama is written and directed by Koratala Siva. The movie titled Devara is releasing in two parts and the first part called Devara: Part 1 is going to hit the screens worldwide on September 27 this year. The movie marks the South debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Koratala Siva and Jr NTR need a massive hit and are hopeful of repeating success after 'Janatha Garage.'

The song 'Chuttamalle' in Telugu is titled 'Paththavaikkum' in Tamil, 'Swaathimutthe Sikkangaithe' in Kannada, 'Kanninathan Kamanottam' in Malayalam, and 'Dheere Dheere' in Hindi. The Telugu lyrics were penned by Ramajogayya Sastry, who also wrote the lyrics for the first single titled 'Fear Song.'

The visuals and chemistry between Jr NTR and Jahnvi Kapoor in the song 'Chuttamalle' sent the fans into a celebratory mode. They have been waiting to see Tarak in this avatar for a long time, away from the mass characterizations he portryed in his previous films. The song, however, was compared to several songs and received backlash. Despite all these factors, the song is trending on top 1 on social media platforms as well.

The movie stars Jr NTR aka Tarak as Devara. Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are making their Telugu debut with Koratala Siva's directorial. Saif will be seen playing the role of Bhaira. In addition, the movie features seasoned actors: Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Chaithra Rai, and Abhimanyu Singh among others playing important characters.
