Daavudi Song To Be Added To Devara's Runtime: Jr NTR's latest action drama Devara: Part 1 was released to a stellar reception across the world on September 27. The movie written and directed by Koratala Siva has Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in key roles. Devara marks the second collaboration between Jr NTR and Koratala Siva. By the end of its fourth day at the box office worldwide, Jr NTR's film earned more than Rs 304 Crore and is about to touch Rs 170 Crore in India.

Daavudi Song Addition To Devara

When the movie finally hit the screens after a very long wait, fans of the actor were highly disappointed about the exclusion of the mass masala duet song 'Daavudi' was not part of the narrative. Due to runtime issues, the makers opted out of adding the song to the runtime.

To cash in on the demand and keep the audiences hooked to the movie, the makers are planning to add Daavudi song to the movie. It is now being reported that the makers will add the song starting October 5, to encourage the film's longevity at the box office and attract repeat audiences.

Devara Cast
The movie stars Jr NTR in a dual role as Devara and Vara. Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor made their south-Indian debut with this Telugu film. Saif played the antagonist Bhaira, while Janhvi Kapoor played Thanga, a female lead with limited screen time. In addition, the movie features seasoned actors Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Shruthi Marate, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Chaithra Rai, Ajay, and Abhimanyu Singh.

Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna produced the movie under the Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts banners. R Rathnavelu was the cinematographer, and A Sreekar Prasad was the film's editor. For the first time with Devara, Anirudh Ravichander composed electrifying music and a background score for Jr NTR.
