Jr NTR aka Tarak, the Young Tiger of Tollywood is fully involved in the shooting of his upcoming prestigious project titled Devara, which is being helmed by writer-director Koratala Siva. Devara is going to be made in two parts and will have a multi-language release.

Janhvi Kapoor is going to make her South Indian debut with this Telugu film, as well as Saif Ali Khan, who is roped in to play the film's antagonist. The makers of Devara also released a glimpse of Jr NTR in the titular role on January 8, as a feast to the fans. The glimpse went on to break the records and impressed the viewers and fans big time.

Devara Part 1 Interval Bang Has A Major Twist?

As per the rumours that are going viral among the Tollywood circles, while it has been already known that Jr NTR will be playing a dual role in the movie, the film's interval block is going to have a major and surprising twist. This twist before the second half of Devara Part 1 is going to be thrilling, reportedly.

This particular interval block was designed to pull together the entire part 1 of Devara and set the course to its sequel. The makers have been wasting no time and Tarak has prioritized shooting for Devara without a break. However, the buzz has it that the movie's part 1 may not be out on April 5, as announced.

While there were many updates about Tarak's dual role and the movie's scale to bring out in two parts, the production is lagging, making it close to impossible to get the film to hit the screens on April 5.

Devara Cast

The movie stars Jr NTR aka Tarak as Devara. Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are making their Telugu debut with Koratala Siva's directorial. Saif will be seen playing the role of Bhaira. In addition, the movie features seasoned actors: Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Chaithra Rai, and Abhimanyu Singh among others playing important characters.

Devara Crew

Koratala Siva is the film's writer and director. Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna are funding the project under their banners Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. R Rathnavelu is cranking the camera, while A Sreekar Prasad is working on its editing. Anirudh Ravichander is on board to compose electrifying music and background score for Jr NTR.
