Devara Overseas Box Office: Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor & Koratala Siva's Actioner Enters $ 5 Million Club On Day 2

Devara Overseas Collection: Jr NTR made a thumping start at the worldwide box office with his latest action entertainer Devara, written and directed by Koratala Siva. The movie was released theatrically in five languages on September 27 and has been gaining massive reception from Tarak's fans.

Jr NTR made a comeback on the big screen after the 'Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava' movie which was released six years ago. There was RRR in between but fans were not fully satisfied with Jr NTR in RRR. For Devara, the expectations touched the sky and the frenzy among fans and Tollywood film buffs was palpable.

Featuring Janhvi Kapoor in her Tollywood debut as the lead actor, Devara movie also has Saif Ali Khan in the antagonist's role. The movie opened to mammoth numbers in the USA and India setting a non-RRR record in advance bookings, day 1 gross, number of shows, and day 1 footfalls.

Devara Enters $ 5 Million Club
On its second day of release, Devara entered the elite $ 5 Million club in the USA. The movie might achieve the break-even target by the end of the first and opening weekend.

Devara Cast

The movie stars Jr NTR in a dual role as Deva and Vara. Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are making their Telugu debut with Koratala Siva's directorial. Saif will play the role of Bhaira. In addition, the movie features seasoned actors Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Shruti Marate, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Chaithra Rai, and Abhimanyu Singh.

Devara Crew
Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna produced the movie under the Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts banner. R Rathnavelu was the cinematographer, and A Sreekar Prasad was the film's editor. Anirudh Ravichander composed electrifying music and a background score for Jr NTR for the first time with Devara.
