Devara Pre-Release Event In Hyderabad On September 22: Jr NTR's upcoming release, the highly-awaited movie of the year, 'Devara' Part 1 is going to be released worldwide amid pomp and sky-high expectations from fans. The movie written and directed by Koratala Siva stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles.

Devara: Part 1 is hitting the screens in IMAX and standard formats in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam on September 27. The promotional activities are in full swing for the movie where the lead actors and the director are taking part in several events all over the country. In Bollywood and the Hindi belt, Karan Johar's Dharma Productions is backing the film.

Devara Advance Bookings Records

Jr NTR's action entertainer set a record worldwide with its pre-sales bookings, especially in the northern USA even before the trailer was released. The movie made already 1 Million USD and is the fastest movie to have sold as many as 50,000 tickets in a record period of eight days. Jr NTR's film is expected to break more records as the release date is around the corner. A special interview of Tarak with Vishwak Sen and Siddhu Jonnalagadda is also about to be released.

The makers of the film who are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that Devara gets adequate buzz ahead of the release, have planned an indoor pre-release event owing to security and climatic conditions. Jr NTR is hitting the screens after six years as a solo hero and the expectations are beyond comprehension. In addition, Devara showcases Tarak in a dual role, delighting his fans. The event was scheduled to be held at the Novotel convention in Hyderabad on September 22, reportedly.

As per the social media handle of an account name that reads Lab Reports @Inside_Infos, Jr NTR's Devara story is:
Srikanth's character is friends with Jr NTR (Devara)'s friend and Janhvi Kapoor is Srikanth's daughter. Devara and Srikanth's character are involved in smuggling and after a while when Devara suggests they stop smuggling, Srikanth's character joins hands with Bhaira (Saif Ali Khan) and plots the death of Devara by the interval. In the second half, Jr NTR (Vara) and Janhvi Kapoor's Bangaram character fall in love. After learning about his father's fate, Vara vows to exact revenge.

Devara Cast
The movie stars Jr NTR aka Tarak as Devara. Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are making their Telugu debut with Koratala Siva's directorial. Saif will be seen playing the role of Bhaira. In addition, the movie features seasoned actors: Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Chaithra Rai, and Abhimanyu Singh among others playing important characters.

Koratala Siva is the film's writer and director. Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna are funding the project under their banners Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. R Rathnavelu is cranking the camera, while A Sreekar Prasad is working on its editing. Anirudh Ravichander is on board to compose electrifying music and background score for Jr NTR.
