Devara Worldwide Box Office Day 1 Trade Expert Prediction: Jr NTR is one of the biggest stars in the Telugu film industry and there are no second thoughts about it. After winning hearts with his stupendous performance in the 2022 release RRR, he is all set to hit he screens after two year and the fans can't keep calm about it. We are talking about his new release Devara which is an action drama and is helmed by Koratala Siva.

Jointly produced by Yuvasudha Arts and N. T. R. Arts, Devara Part 1 also features Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in the lead along with Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan and Murali Sharma. Interestingly, Devara marks Saif and Janhvi's debut in the Telugu cinema

For the uninitiated, Devara narrates the story of a fearless man from the coast - Devara (played by Jr NTR), who heads to a journey in the sea to protect his people. However, his brother Bhaira (played by Saif Al Khan) conspires against him. It is reported that Jr NTR will be a having a double role in the film with Janhvi in the role of his love interest.

In an exclusive conversation, producer and film business expert Girish Johar stated, "Devara is a big commercial film and it is going to have a fantastic start at the global box office. Within the south fraternity, it is going to be ballistic, overseas is going to be huge. The Hindi north market will be decent at least to start with. I hope it picks up with word of mouth and has a good weekend. Overall chances are good for Devara".

He further asserted, "I am expecting a global GBOC of 100cr plus to start with including India and overseas market".

Will Devara Beat RRR On Opening Day At Worldwide Box Office?

Interestingly, as Devara marks Jr NTR's return to big screen after two years, the movie is being compared to SS Rajamouli's RRR. While Devara is expected to cross Rs 100 crores at the worldwide box office on the opening day, fans are wondering if it can bear RRR on the opening day. Reportedly, RRR had raked in Rs 223cr worldwide on its opening day.

Meanwhile, talking about Devara, Jr NTR, in a clip shared by Gulte, stated, "It's me and me. You've got Devara the father, and you've got Varada the son. It is, I mean I really don't want to give a lot of spoilers. It's just two days away from release, but it is a rollercoaster journey of a father and son."
