HanuMan Box Office Collection Day 25: Prasanth Varma-Teja Sajja's Superhero Film Soars During Third Weekend

Prasanth Varma, the maverick writer-director and filmmaker in Tollywood scaled new heights with his latest release HanuMan. This epic Indian superhero film, which is the first installment of his cinematic universe going to feature several such superheroes, went on to impress the audiences big time, worldwide.

Starring Teja Sajja as the protagonist, marking their second collaboration after Zombie Reddy, Telugu's first-ever zombie film, HanuMan became an unprecedented force at the box office, despite being made on a shoe-string budget and no stellar cast. The team is ecstatic and is on top of the world as HanuMan already is on the way to join the Rs 300 Crore club worldwide, and is close to making Rs 190 Crore in India.

HanuMan Cast

Teja Sajja played the protagonist Hanumanthu in HanuMan. Amritha Aiyer is his love interest Meenakshi, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is Hanumanthu's sister Anjamma. This first Telugu superhero film also boasts Vennela Kishore, Satya, Vinay Rai, Getup Srinu, Raj Deepak Shetty, Samuthirakani, Koushik Mahata, and Bhanu Prakash among others playing pivotal characters.
