Kalki 2898 AD Update On Bhairava: Written and directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is the latest and biggest film being made in the country on a massive budget of Rs 600 Crore. Featuring a stellar cast including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, and Rajendra Prasad among others, the movie is going to release worldwide in five languages on June 27.

Now that Kalki 2898 AD film's entire shooting has been completed, the VFX and other CG work along with the RR, editing, and other technical works in the post-production phase, are in full swing.

The filmmakers are splurging over Rs 150 Crore for the film's VFX alone. The movie is set in the future in a fictional city called Kashi. Prabhas will be seen playing the character of Bhairava. Ahead of the film's mammoth scale release plan, the filmmakers are leaving no stone unturned to gain attention that will build excitement around Kalki 2898 AD.

Kalki 2898 AD Cast

The futuristic sci-fi film with a mythological backdrop features Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Rajendra Prasad, and Disha Patani among others playing crucial roles. Pasupathy and Saswata Chatterjee are also part of the movie cast. Amitabh Bachchan's character was introduced as Ashwattama and Deepika Padukone will be playing the role of Padma. Prabhas' firstlook poster as Bhairava was also unveiled and the fans are super thrilled.

The movie is being helmed by Nag Ashwin. Vyjayanthi Movies banner is bankrolling the film on a massive budget of Rs 600 Crore. Djordje Stojilijkovic is cranking the camera for this science fiction action thriller. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao worked as the film's editor. Santhosh Narayanan is the film's music composer.
