THIS Actor Plays The Antagonist's Character In Kalki 2898 AD: Written and directed by Nag Ashwin, this epic and costliest film is making the right noise ahead of its world release. Kalki 2898 AD aka Project K features stalwarts like Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan, along with Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, etc.

Kalki 2898 AD is going to hit the screens in five languages worldwide on a mammoth scale on June 27. After the character reveal of Bujji in Hyderabad, the makers are now planning to organize mega pre-release events in Mumbai, Delhi, and Andhra Pradesh ahead of the worldwide release. Kalki 2898 AD will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. Set in the future and a dystopian world, the movie begins 6000 years earlier and stretches to 2898 AD, which is the reason behind the film's title.

Prabhas plays the role of Bhairava with Deepika Padukone roped in to perform the character of Padma. Amitabh Bachchan was seen as Ashwattama and the AI-powered car Bujji has its voice by Keerthy Suresh. In addition, the movie also has cameos of Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan, and Mrunal Thakur.

The science fiction thriller's hyped theatrical trailer is going to be dropped at 7 PM on June 10. Fans are eagerly awaiting with bated breath to experience the visual spectacle in the form of a glimpse. The trailer will have a runtime of about three minutes.
