Kalki 2898 AD Releasing Across 8500 Screens Worldwide: Prabhas' latest sci-fi film written and directed by Nag Ashwin featuring Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani among others is hitting the screens on June 27 in five languages.

Made on a budget of Rs 600 Crore, the most expensive film to be made in India to date, Kalki 2898 AD has established a new benchmark worldwide with its pre-release deals, advance bookings, and unmatched craze without a single promotional event. The movie is funded by Vyjayanthi Movies banner on the occasion of their firm's 50th year and is India's biggest cinematic universe.

Kalki 2898 AD Synopsis

The movie is panned from the period of 3100 BC to 2898 AD making it a mythological science fiction genre. Bhairava, a resident of a post-apocalyptic city Kashi, wants to earn enough units to move to The Complex, a city where there is everything and only for the elite. On the other hand, there is also a city called Shambala, which is a refugee camp for the downtrodden. Meanwhile, Aswattama, who vows to protect the child of Sumathi aka SUM 80, faces Bhairava, who is on a mission to capture SUM 80 to go to the Complex.
