Prabhas' World Of Kalki 2898 AD Episode 2 Is Out: Pan-India star Prabhas' latest science fiction thriller written and directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD, is all over the place and trending big time on par with the election result day in India. The star-studded movie set in a dystopian world is made with passion and a massive budget of Rs 600 Crore by the Vyjayanthi Movies banner headed by C Aswini Dutt, Swapna Dutt, and Priyanka Dutt.

Kalki 2898 AD Worldwide Release On June 27

Featuring Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani in pivotal roles among other notable actors, Kalki 2898 AD is going to hit the screens worldwide on June 27 in five languages.

World Of Kalki 2898 AD Episode 2 Dropped

As part of the film's promotion and introducing the fans and film buffs to the world of Kalki 2898 AD, the writer-director Nag Ashwin has been coming up with small four-minute episodes called 'World of Kalki 2898 AD.' The second episode was dropped today (June 20) after the first pre-release event held in Mumbai on June 19, which saw the prominent cast coming together for an eventful night.

The war-trodden and post-apocalyptic city of Kashi where there are barely any resources, the complex with every possible luxury, and Shambala, a refugee city with part rebels fighting the Complex. How their paths cross and the story goes forward is all about Kalki 2898 AD, said the director. Check out the video below.

This epic mythological sci-fi film stars Prabhas as Bhairava, a bounty hunter, Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwattama, Kamal Haasan as Supreme Yaskin, Deepika Padukone as SUM-80, Disha Patani as Roxie, Saswata Chatterjee as Commander Manas, Brahmanandam as Rajan, Bhairava's landlord, Pasupathy as Veeram, a rebel from Shambhala, Anna Ben as Kyra, Shobana, Harshith Malgireddy, Rajendra Prasad, and Keerthy Suresh (voice-over) as BU-JZ-1 alias Bujji.

The movie was written and directed by Nag Ashwin. Vyjayanthi Movies banner is bankrolling the film on a massive budget of Rs 600 Crore. Djordje Stojilijkovic is cranking the camera for this science fiction action thriller. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao worked as the film's editor. Santhosh Narayanan is the film's music composer.
