Kalki 2898 AD Vs RRR: Prabhas' Film Surpasses RRR In USA: Kalki 2898 AD movie, the most expensive film to be made in India starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Amitabh Bachchan was released to a sky-high expectation on June 27 in five languages. Kalki 2898 AD Surpasses RRR Pre-Sales In USA (North)

The USA advance bookings for Prabhas and Deepika Padukone's film started on June 9, way before they were available for fans and movie lovers in India. Within the first week, the movie's pre-sales touched a whopping 2 Million USD and with the release around the corner, Prabhas set a new benchmark by becoming the first actor and the movie in the USA (northern part) by earning over 3 Million USD before theatrical release.

RRR movie starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan which was released on March 25 in 2022 has earned a pre-sales record with USD 3.3 Million by the time of its release. Kalki 2898 AD erased the record by registering USD 3.65 Million (Rs 30.50 Crore) and is heading towards USD 4 Million by the time of its release.
