Kalki 2898 AD Who Is Bujji: Ace filmmaker Nag Ashwin is coming up with his biggest release of the year and the audience. We are talking about Kalki 2898 AD which is one of the most expensive films of Indian cinema. Starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani in the lead, Kalki 2898 AD is a sci fi film which reportedly chronicles some events of the Mahabharata in the year of 3102 BC. Interestingly, it is set in a post-apocalyptic world, in the year 2898 AD.

Touted to be the first motion picture instalment of the planned Kalki Cinematic Universe, Kalki 2898 AD happens to be creating substantial buzz in the town. According to media reports, Kalki 2898 AD will be releasing on June 27 and the makers have managed to intrigue the audience with its intriguing posters. Notably, Kalki 2898 AD Trailer will be out today (June 10). While Kalki 2898 AD is coming up with several interesting characters, there is one particular character that has been making heads turn ever since it was introduced. We are talking about Bujji who is said to play a key role in Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD.

Who Is Bujji 2898 AD In Kalki 2898 AD?

It is reported that BU-JZ-1 aka Bujji is an AI bot on its 100th cargo run which is a custom-made robotic vehicle. Bujji is said to be Bhairava's (played by Prabhas) sidekick and as per director Nag Ashwin, Bujji is controlled by a brain. To note, Keerthy Suresh has lent her voice for Bujji. Earlier, Anand Mahindra, the chairman of Mahindra Group revealed who they built this futuristic vehicle and tweeted, "Our team in Mahindra Research Valley in Chennai helped the Kalki team realise its vision for a futuristic vehicle by simulating the powertrain configuration, architecture and performance. In fact, the vehicle runs on two Mahindra e-motors powering the rear spherical wheel! And Jayem Automotives put it all together...Let the games begin..."

To note, Kalki 2898 marks Deepika Padukone's first collaboration with Prabhas and third collaboration with megastar Amitabh Bachchan after Piku and Aarakshan. The media reports also suggested that the sci-fi film will have Kamal Haasan playing the role of the lead antagonist.
