Filmed over 17 months in stunning locations such as Chennai, Goa, Kerala, Kodaikanal, and Rajahmundry, the shoot wrapped up in January 2024. With an estimated budget of ₹300-₹350 crore, the film stands as one of the most expensive productions in Indian cinema. The story features Suriya in dual roles as Kanguva and Francis Theodore, while Bobby Deol takes on the role of the antagonist Udhiran, and Disha Patani stars as Angelina.
