Kannappa is the upcoming pan-India movie featuring a plethora of notable stars from the popular Indian film industries. Enacted and produced by Manchu Vishnu, who is playing the titular role, Kannappa movie is now ready to treat the film buffs with its exciting teaser.

Recently, the team of Kannappa including Manchu Vishu and his wife Viranica, Manchu Mohan Babu, and Prabhu Deva attended the prestigious Cannes Film Festival to showcase their teaser of the epic action adventure fantasy drama based on Indian mythology.

After a very long single schedule spanning three months in New Zealand, the movie unit is shooting for the remaining portions in Hyderabad on specially erected sets at Ramoji Film City. Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Shiva Rajkumar, and Mohanlal among others are playing important roles in the movie which will be hitting the screens in 2025 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Kannappa Teaser On June 14; Special Screening At AMB Cinemas

Vishnu said that the teaser received immense positive response at the Cannes Film Festival and he is thrilled about its release in the country. The latest update about the teaser's release date has been announced officially as June 14. At first, it was reported that the teaser will be dropped on June 13 and a special screening will also be organized for select audience. It is now learned that the special screening of the teaser will be held at 2 PM at AMB Cinemas on June 14.

Kannappa Cast

The movie stars Vishnu Manchu in the titular role of Kannappa, an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva. In addition, the movies boast of Mohanlal, Prabhas, Shiva Rajkumar, Mohan Babu, R Sarathkumar, Brahmanandam, Madhoo, Devaraj, Aishwariyaa Bhaskaran, Mukesh Rishi, Rahul Madhav, Kaushal Manda, Ragu Babu, Arpit Ranka, and Preity Mukhundhan among others.

Kannappa's story was written by Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, G Nageswara Reddy, Eshwar Reddy, and Thota Prasad. Vishnu Manchu is producing, enacting, and also penned the screenplay for Kannappa which is being helmed by Mukesh Kumar Singh as the director. Sheldon Chau cranked the camera and Anthony is the editor. Stephen Devassy and Mani Sharma are composing the film's music and score.
