Kick is a Telugu action comedy film made in 2009 by Surender Reddy and Vakkantham Vamsi. The movie which stars massraja Ravi Teja in the lead features Ileana as his love interest. The movie was released to highly positive reviews on May 8. The success of this film led to remakes in Tamil as Thillalangadi, Hindi, and Kannada.

Kick enthralled the fans of the Tollywood films and Ravi Teja big time back when it was released. After 15 years, the movie is now going to hit the screens again as a re-release treat.

Ravi Teja's Kick Movie Story

Kalyan is an interesting guy and he is always after new experiences. Naina falls in love with him and eventually, Kalyan doesn't cater to the relationship, which irks Naina, breaking up with him. On the other hand, broad daylight robberies are happening in the city to high-profile people including politicians and businessmen. Meanwhile, Naina's wedding is arranged with IPS Kalyan Krishna, who is hell-bent on nabbing the person behind those robberies. The cat-and-mouse chase then ensues.

Kick Re-Release Date

Ravi Teja's Kick movie will now hit the screens in select theatres across the two Telugu-speaking states on March 1. Fans are all excited to experience Kick, the comedy film once again in theatres.

Written by Vakkantham Vamsi, the movie was directed by Surender Reddy, who also wrote the screenplay. Abburi Ravi penned the dialogues and Gautham Raju worked as the editor. Rasool Ellore cranked the camera and S Thaman composed the film's popular music and background score. RR Venkat funded the movie under his R.R. Movie Makers banner.
