Written and helmed by Venki Atluri, the financial-drama had its much-anticipated theatrical premiere on 31st October 2024. Inspired by true events, the Telugu film 'Lucky Bhaskar' features DQ as an ordinary bank worker named Bhaskar who becomes a millionaire. Headlined by Dulquer Salmaan (DQ), Lucky Bhaskar has been receiving rave reviews from the audience and critics alike. The film ended its 1st week of theatrical journey with a whopping collection of Rs 41.1 cr. As per Sacnilk, the film maintained its hold at the box office. On first Monday, the Telugu-language financial drama recorded its lowest0single day collection and raked in around Rs 1.75, taking the total collection to Rs 56.25 cr in 12 days.

As per the same report, the total worldwide collection of the movie stands at approximately Rs 90.10 cr.

Amid the glorious theatrical success of Lucky Bhaskar, the Dulquer Salmaan-starrer has successfully recovered the entire budget ahead of its 3rd week. Reportedly, the Telugu film has been mounted on a staggering budget of Rs 56 cr.

According to the latest Sacnilk updates, DQ's Lucky Bhaskar has managed to rake in around Rs 86 lakhs on second Tuesday (today, day 13) till 7 pm. As of now, the total estimated nett collection of the film stands at Rs 57.12 cr. To note, the evening and night show numbers are yet to come.

While the official OTT release announcement is yet to be done, it's said the DQ-starrer might have its OTT premiere on Netflix by the end of this month (November). However, there is no official confirmation yet.
