Mahesh Babu's New Hair Look From SSMB 29 Revealed: Superstar Mahesh Babu started filming for the upcoming humongous and prestigious production directed by SS Rajamouli. The movie referred to as SSMB 29 has its story by Rajamouli's father Vijayendra Prasad.

Mahesh Babu grew his hair long to fit the character as designed and approved by SS Rajamouli after several sittings. The latest picture of Mahesh Babu sporting his new hairstyle. He along with his wife Namrata Shirodkar paid a visit to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and handed over a cheque for Rs 50 Lakh towards the recent flood relief event.

The actor, who was last seen in 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' and Trivikram's 'Guntur Kaaram' disappointed the fans with its box office performance. The movies didn't live up to the expectations despite making money and setting pre-release records.

He took a lot of time to prep for the character that he is playing in SS Rajamouli's globe-trotting action-adventure drama. The movie will be in production for the next two years and might only hit the screens in 2027. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu will not be able to act in any other film, much to the fans' dismay. To see Mahesh Babu in his element in all his might, fans are supposed to wait for another three years from now.

Reportedly, SS Rajamouli is planning to rope in Hollywood actors and the best bunch of acting talent in India for SSMB 29. Chiyaan Vikram, who hit the screens with Pa Ranjith's 'Thangalaan' movie is said to be playing a key role in the movie. There is no official confirmation of it.

Speaking at an event in Japan, SS Rajamouli opened up a bit about SSMB 29. He said, "We started my next film. We completed the writing, we are in the pre-production process...But we haven't finished the casting yet. Only the main hero is locked, the protagonist of the film is locked. His name is Mahesh Babu, he is a Telugu actor (people hoot). Looks like many of you already know him. He is very handsome. Hopefully, we finish the film a little bit fast and during the release, I will bring him here, and I'll introduce him to you. I'm sure you will love him as well."
