'Vidya Vasula Aham' Review: A Modern Take on Marriage and Ego
Vidya (Shivani Rajasekhar) and Vasu (Rahul Vijay) are modern, independent individuals. They are not keen on marriage but end up getting married. Vidya has a big ego, and Vasu also values his own importance. Their married life faces many challenges due to their egos.

The newlyweds argue over various issues. The movie's story revolves around how they resolve their conflicts. Director Manikanth Geli chose a good topic and tried to handle it sensitively. However, the story lacks strong conflicts between the couple, making it feel less unique.
Despite this, the film portrays a sensible view of young married life. It touches on experiences that many newly married couples face. If the scenes were written more strongly, it could have stood out among other recent wedding movies.
Shivani Rajasekhar does justice to her role as Vidya. She acts naturally and fits well into her character. She not only performs well but also looks glamorous. Rahul Vijay also performs naturally, matching Shivani's energy.

Other actors like Avasarala Srinivas, Abhinaya, and Srinivas Reddy play their roles well. Kalyani Malik's music is good, especially the background score, which enhances the scenes. Akhil Valloori's cinematography is commendable, showing Shivani in a glamorous light.
The art work is nice, and the production values by Navya Mahesh, Ranjith Kumar Kodali, and Chandana Kattam are good. They made sure each frame looks rich without compromising on cost, showing their passion for the film.
"Vidya Vasula Aham" is a family entertainer with youthful and romantic elements. The film is clean without any obscenity but has a weak story and scenes. This makes the story feel repetitive.
If the story had stronger conflicts and emotions, it could have been a good romantic and family entertainer. The movie is streaming on Aha. It's worth watching in your free time for a good romantic mood.
