Mr Bachchan OTT Release Date Update: Ravi Teja's latest action entertainer directed by Harish Shankar, 'Mr Bachchan,' was released theatrically on August 15 worldwide. The movie is a remake of Ajay Devgn's 'RAID.' The movie earned negative reviews and is now going to debut on the OTT platform shortly. Mr Bachchan is an official remake of Bollywood movie 'RAID' which has Ajay Devgn in the lead role. The Telugu-modified version stars Bhagyashri Borse, who is making her acting debut in Tollywood as a female lead.

Mr Bachchan is based on the real income tax raid incident that took place in India on industrialist Sardar Inder Singh. The filmmakers chose to adapt the real-life incident into a feature film and made it suitable with the addition of cinematic elements for the silver screen.
Mr Bachchan Release On Netflix
The movie's digital streaming rights have been secured for a massive Rs 33 Crore by Netflix India even before the film's theatrical release. The movie became an utter flop at the box office after its release with the director earning flak from the movie lover as well as the fans. Finally, Mr Bachchan is gearing up for its digital release through the OTT platform shortly. If the buzz is to be believed, the movie will start streaming on Netflix from September 12. An official announcement regarding the same is awaited, however.

The movie stars Ravi Teja, Abhimanyu Singh, Bhagyashri Borse, Subhalekha Sudhakar, and Kishore Raju Vasistha among others in key roles. Produced by Vivek Kuchibhotla and T.G. Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banners, the movie Mr Bachchan has its entire sound and music composed by Mickey J. Meyer. Ayananka Bose cranked the camera for this romantic action entertainer and Brahma Kadali worked as the Art Director. Pushpa Bhaskar was the film's Casting Director. Harish Shankar helmed the film as a director.
