It so much looks like Tollywood's King Akkineni Nagarjuna scored a success in the form of Naa Saami Ranga, a remake of the Malayalam film Porinju Mariam Jose. The movie which also features Allari Naresh and Raj Tarun in pivotal roles hit the screens worldwide for the Sankranti festival on January 14.

Choreographer Vijay Binni made his directorial debut with Tollywood's 'King' Nagarjuna, who hit the screens worldwide with a rustic and period action drama titled Naa Saami Ranga. The movie is an official remake of
a Malayalam film 'Porinju Mariam Jose,' which was tweaked to suit the nativity of the audiences.

This Sankranti release premiered on January 14 and met with a decent response at the box office. Fans of the veteran are thrilled about his makeover and entire get-up as 'Kishtaiyya,' and are heaping praises on several aspects of the film.

Naa Saami Ranga Story

Kishtayya (Nagarajuna) lives in a village Jaganna Thota with his younger brother Anji (Allari Naresh). Due to an issue, he and his girlfriend remain unmarried but cordial. Kishtayya works with Peddayya (Nassar) and they share a thick bond. Meanwhile, Peddayya's son Dasu kills Anji following a series of events. What happens next? is all about the movie Naa Saami Ranga.

Nagarjuna's rustic action drama opened to decent reviews and the visuals, fights, performances, and production values are receiving great applause. The movie achieved break-even in Ceeded and Guntur regions already and is going forward steadily towards becoming a hit. Within five days of its theatrical release, this period action drama earned about Rs 35.4 Crore Gross from all over the world.
