Naa Sami Ranga OTT Release Date Fixed: Nagarjuna, Allari Naresh's Film To Stream Early On Disney Plus Hotstar

Naa Saami Ranga is the latest rustic village action drama featuring Akkineni Nagarjuna in the lead role. The movie which marked the directorial debut of Choreographer Vijay Binni is the official remake of the Malayalam film 'Porinju Mariam Jose.'

Naa Saami Ranga which also stars Allari Naresh and Raj Tarun in key roles was released as a Sankranti feast to the fans on January 14. The movie earned positive reviews at the box office and achieved break-even, becoming a hit, eventually. After HanuMan, Naa Saami Ranga is the only Sankranti film to achieve break-even, leaving behind Venaktesh's Saindhav.

Naa Saami Ranga OTT Rights Secured By Disney Plus Hotstar

Nagarjuna, one of the producers of Naa Saami Ranga had personally looked into the OTT deal of the movie, reportedly. He ensured that Disney Plus Hotstar gets the digital streaming rights of his recent remake film in the rustic set up of a village.

The streaming platform reportedly shelled out a chunk of money to acquire the rights to the film Naa Saami Ranga, which it plans to stream after 45 days. However, things have changed now, and the movie Naa Saami Ranga is going to make an early debut on the OTT platform.

Naa Saami Ranga OTT Date Fixed

After the trend of early OTT releases and the Sankranti theatrical run coming to an end, Nagarjuna's Naa Saami Ranga is also joining the line of films that are going to make an early debut on Disney Plus Hotstar. As per the latest update, the OTT platform is planning to make Naa Saami Ranga available for digital streaming from February 15. The official announcement is, however, awaited.

Vijay Binni directed the film while it was written by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada. Joshiy wrote the film's story. Shivendra Dasaradhi cranked the camera, and Chota K. Prasad worked as the film's editor. MM Keeravani, the Oscar Award winner is behind the film's entire background score and music. Srinivasa Chitturi bankrolled the movie under the Srinivasa Silver Screen banner, in association with Annapurna Studios.
