Game Changer To Take Thandel's Release Date? While Dil Raju, the producer of Ram Charan's Game Changer written and directed by Shankar already confirmed that the movie will be out on Christmas Eve this year, the big-budget films coming in December have been contemplating changes in release plans.

Thandel Postponed To January?

If the makers decide to move out of the Christmas race, Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi's action drama will likely be hitting the screens for the Sankranti festival, reportedly.

Thandel Is A True Story Of An Indian Fisherman

After the movie was officially announced, the team made it clear that the movie was about a fisherman and his background. They all went to Srikakulam district in Andhra Pradesh for a basic recce and workshop of sorts to interact with the people of the community.

In addition, director Chandoo revealed that the story is of a fisherman who entered the Pakistan waters after going to work in fishing boats in Gujarat. The incident happened in 2018 and it moved our nation, along with Karachi, Pakistan.

Thandel stars Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi, Sundip Ved, and Kishore Raju Vasistha among others in key roles. Geetha Arts 2 banner is bankrolling the movie.

On the other hand, Game Changer stars Kiara Advani as the female lead. The film's story was written by Karthik Subbaraj and Shankar S helmed the movie.
