Nagarjuna Lands In Legal Trouble After NGO Files Complaint Over Alleged Financial Mismanagement, Reports

Nagarjuna Financuial Misconduct Case: Nagarjuna has landed in legal trouble after an NGO has filed a complaint against him over financial misconduct. According to the reports, the NGO lodged a complaint against the superstar at Madhapur Police Station on Saturday. The complaint was filed linking Nagarjuna's N Convention Centre by Bhaskara Reddy, head of anti-corruption NGO Janam Kosam, asserting that Nagarjuna has profited from the venue. He further demanded to immediately recover the fund and return to the government.

In the complaint, it was further mentioned that the superstar is engaged in criminal practices as he occupied the Tummidikunta Lake as he is constructing the struction of convention centre, which was earlier demolished by HYDRAA( Hyderabad Disaster Management and Asset Protection Agency) operated by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. After the complaint was lodged, circle inspector Mohan stated, "We will enquire into the issue after taking legal opinion. A case has not been registered yet."

Earlier, in a post, Nagarjuna defended himself and claimed that the N Convention Centre was built without any encroachment, he wrote, "Dear all, fans and well-wishers, news about celebrities can often be exaggerated and speculated for effect. I would like to reiterate that the land on which N Convention has been built is a Patta Documented land. Not even one cent of the land beyond that has been encroached upon,"

He further wrote, "The Special court of AP Land Grabbing (prohibition) Act has given a judgement passing an order Sr.3943/2011 on 24-02- 2014 saying no encroachment has happened in Tummidikunta Lake. Now the formal argument is already presented in front of the esteemed High Court. I will abide to the law of the land and judgement."
He concluded urging not to indulge in any speculation, "Until then, I sincerely request you not to indulge in speculation, any sort of rumours, misrepresentation of facts and deviations."
