NTR 31: Jr NTR-Prasanth Neel's Action Drama Officially Launched With A Puja; Release Date Announced OUT

NTRNeel aka NTR 31 Officially Launched: The much-awaited and hyped collaboration of Jr NTR and the 'KGF' and 'Salaar' filmmaker Prashanth Neel, referred to as NTR 31 was finally launched with a traditional puja ceremony on August 9 in Hyderabad. Tarak attended the launch event with his wife Lakshmi Pranathi and two sons. The 'Devara' actor's wife switched on the camera on the occasion of the muhurtham shot.

NTRNeel Premise

NTR 31 is about a man who rises from a very humble and common background to become one of the most powerful people to ever exist. He is a man who shields the poor and weak while ringing death bells for the goons.

With the movie launched now, the makers have already chalked out the shooting schedules and the cast and crew is right away going on the sets as they announced 'Shoot Begins.' The movie's title is said to be 'Dragon' but there is no official confirmation. Fans are celebrating the movie's launch and the social media platforms are bombarded with posts about NTRNeel.

The puja ceremony was attended by the producers of Mythri Movie Makers, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Prashanth Neel and his wife along with the crew of the film. NTRNeel is a joint production venture of Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao Arts banners and Mythri Movie Makers. Other details about the cast will be announced shortly. The movie slated for a grand worldwide theatrical release on January 9, 2026.

On the other hand, Prashanth Neel is simultaneously going to work on Prabhas' Salaar Part 2: Shouryaangaparvam. The filmmaker wants to take a small break from NTRNeel and start shooting for the sequel with Prabhas from October this year, reportedly. Tarak, who is about to complete shooting for Koratala Siva's 'Devara Part 1' with Janhvi Kapoor, will hit the screens on September 27 this year. He is also making his Bollywood debut with 'War 2' alongside Hrithik Roshan.
