Prabhas, the pan-India star recently hit the screens at the end of 2023 with his prestigious collaboration with writer-director Prashanth Neel. Titled Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire, the movie created new records not only in the actor's career but also in the entire Indian film industry. While the actor quickly buried his head into many of his upcoming films, a piece of rather sad news about him resurfaced on the internet and social media platforms.

Prabhas has been suffering from knee pain for a long time. As the pain increased, doctors suggested surgery. Prabhas underwent surgery abroad last year. The Adipurush actor suffered persistent discomfort and pain. He is one of the very few actors who works out on his physique and looks at the gym like crazy. For Baahubali 1 and 2, the actor had put on a lot of weight and lost some within a short span. The constant fluctuation between workouts could have caused him a knee problem, which is why the actor had slowed down a bit for events other than film shootings.

Prabhas To Undergo Another Knee Surgery?

As per the latest update, Prabhas started to feel the discomfort again and he was advised to undergo another procedure for the same. This news has been doing the rounds and if this information is anything to go by, he will take a prompt break from his shooting schedules and fly abroad to get the operation done. Later, he will also take a considerable amount of time to rest before resuming work.

Prabhas' Work Front

Prabhas is currently taking part in the shooting of Nag Ashwin's sci-fi thriller Kalki 2898 AD, which is going to hit the screens on May 9, 2024. It is one of the prestigious films being made in India on a mammoth-sized budget. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan among other notable actors in key roles.

In addition, he is working on director Maruthi's horror comedy titled The Rajasaab. His 25th film is titled Spirit and will be made by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in association with UV Creations and T-Series banners. He also okayed a movie with Siddharth Anand to be produced by Mythri Movie Makers as well.
