Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna's Pushpa 2 New Release Date Poster Out: Allu Arjun's upcoming sequel to Pushpa 1 titled Pushpa 2 aka Pushpa: The Rule, is nearing completion and the entire team of the Mythri Movie Makers is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the sequel will exceed the expectations of the fans after the tremendous success Pushpa: The Rise had set at the box office.

The sequel stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil among others in pivotal roles. Initially, the release date was announced as August 15, 2024, but due to production delays, this Devi Sri Prasad musical will be released in the latter part of the year.

While there have been several rumours about Allu Arjun and the producers of the Mythri Movie Makers want director Sukumar to ensure that the movie hits the screens on August 15, as announced before, things have not fully satisfied the talented filmmaker. Sukumar was discussing with producers and Allu Arjun that he needs some time to bring out the movie as he envisioned.

When the news about the postponement surfaced, it was said that the producers and Allu Ajrun, producers and the director have sat for sessions separately as the director and the actor do not want to directly talk about the postponement. However, disappointing the expecting fans, the official announcement about Pushpa 2's new release date was dropped on the social media on June 17 silently.

On the lines of Pushpa 1 aka Pushpa: The Rise's release in December of 2022, the sequel is also going to hit the screens in December. The official poster confirmed the same and mentioned that Pushparaj will set the screens on fire from December 6 this year. Check out the tweet below.

They are believing and are confident that Pushpa 2 will put an end to all the existing box office records once it hits the screens. Sukumar taking his sweet time has amplified the expectations. The sequel features Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, Ajay, Rao Ramesh, etc reprising their roles. In addition, there is a rumour that Vijay Sethupathi is also part of the film's majestic cast. Sreeleela, the hottest actress in Tollywood was also approached for a special song in the film, which will be on the lines of what Samantha did for Pushpa: The Rise.
