Allu Arjun Donates Rs 25 Lakh To Victim's Family: Tollywood's first National Award-winning 'Best Actor' Allu Arjun hit the screens worldwide with his highly prestigious and biggest film to date, Pushpa 2 The Rule. The sequel written and directed by Sukumar was released to sky-high expectations in six languages on over 12,000 screens. After its hyped debut, Pushpa 2 broke the existing records of Indian cinema by becoming the highest day 1 grosser worldwide with about Rs 294 Crore.

The actor who put up a three-minute-long video byte in reaction to the unfortunate incident also wrote, "Deeply heartbroken by the tragic incident at Sandhya Theatre. My heartfelt condolences go out to the grieving family during this unimaginably difficult time. I want to assure them they are not alone in this pain and will meet the family personally. While respecting their need for space to grieve, I stand committed to extend every possible assistance to help them navigate through this challenging journey, (sic)."

A section of netizens have been pointing out the lack of adequate arrangements and faulted the actor for arriving without checking if things were in place, a few others also discussed the negligence and parental guidance lacking in this particular case. The family of four consisting of two kids of 7 and 9 years, travelled 10 kilometres at 9.30 PM to catch a glimpse of their favourite actor upon the insistence of the 9-year-old son, who is now battling for his life. The internet is full of debates but the loss of a mother to a family, wife to a husband, and a life due to this reason is very heartening. The film's producers, Mythri Movie Makers, have also come forward to lend their entire support monetarily to the victims.
