Rakul Preet Singh's Brother Aman Preet Singh Arrested By Cops For Buying Toxic Substances From Nigerians

Actress Rakul Preet Singh's brother, Aman Preet Singh was arrested red-handed by a joint operation led by the Narcotics Bureau of Hyderabad, Rajendra Nagar Police and SOT on July 15. Aman, who is also an actor, was taken into custody for buying illegal substances (Drugs) from Nigerian peddlers in person. The police confiscated 200 grams of cocaine reportedly. It is worth mentioning here that Rakul Preet Singh was also summoned by the ED in Mumbai as well as Hyderabad earlier in connection to Tollywood drugs case.

The joint operation led to the arrest of the five Nigerians who were found selling illegal drugs to film actors and industrialists. While arresting Aman Preet Singh, there were also four other celebrities belonging to the industry and two other businessmen.

Allegations on Rakul Preet Singh & Aman Preet Singh

Reportedly, there have been allegations against the family of Rakul Preet Singh and his brother Aman Preet Singh for peddling drugs. It is learned that the police have raided the workplace and apartment of Aman Singh along with a few places where he frequents with proper information which led to his arrest today.

Aman Preet was revealed to have been in possession of drugs worth Rs 2.6 Crore, allegedly. There are about 30 customers who buy cocaine from Aman Preet Singh and most of them are his family and friends. A list with names was submitted to the Cyberabad Commissioner. A case was booked and an investigation is underway.

Tollywood Drugs Case

The sellers have been doing business from Goa, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Given the rampant availability and consumption of drugs in Hyderabad, the state police have tightened the measures to contain drug peddling in cities. In Hyderabad, there have been several incidents in the past where police and NB had cracked the whip on drug users and sellers. Many names from the Tollywood and TV industries surfaced in the media for alleged drug consumption with actors like Navdeep, Rakul Preet Singh, Charmme, and filmmaker Puri Jagannadh being questioned.

Incidentally, Rakul Preet Singh was also summoned by the ED in Mumbai when late Sushant Singh Rajput's death blew up the dirty culture of drug usage in Bollywood. Rhea Chakraborty, who was a key suspect in the case is close friends with Rakul Preet Singh, further proving her involvement in drugs.

On the other hand, Rakul Preet Singh also owns four franchises of F 45 gyms in Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam, and Vijayawada cities where Aman Singh mostly spends his time and resorts to illegal activities involving drugs, reportedly.
