Ram Charan Arrives In Pithapuram For Pawan Kalyan: Pawan Kalyan, Tollywood's power star is contesting as an MLA from the Pithapuram constituency in the upcoming elections of the Andhra Pradesh state. The actor, who floated his political party called Janasena almost 10 years ago, is exuding confidence about his win this time thanks to the support of his fans and the Tollywood fraternity, which has the backing of 'The mega family.'

Ram Charan, the global star who is the nephew of Pawan Kalyan finally came out publicly in support of Pawan Kalyan and reached Pithapuram village along with his mother Surekha to campaign for his uncle.

Fans have thronged in tens of thousands to catch a glimpse of their favourite actors who are out seeking votes for the win of Pawan Kalyan. Pawan Kalyan's Janasena party is in alliance with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) headed by Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP) with whom he had severe altercations earlier.

The JSP-TDP-BJP alliance is fighting with the ruling party YSRCP, founded by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Interestingly, Pawan Kalyan is pitched against Vanga Geetha, a senior politician who was also once an elected MLA from Chiranjeevi's now-merged party Prajarajyam (PRP).

Mega Family Heroes Campaign For Janasena Seeking Votes For Pawan Kalyan

After deciding on Pithapuram constituency, where the caste-based votes are in favour of the contestant, many budding actors, and popular comedians of the Jabardasth TV show have started campaigning for Pawan Kalyan. At first, no actors from the main league of Tollywood extended their support for Pawan Kalyan, even during his last stint in 2014 where PK contested from Gajuwaka and Bhimavaram. He lost in both places despite having a sea-like fanbase, proving politics is different from fandom and craze.

However, just a few days before the election date, a few actors have started posting tweets and messages in support of Pawan Kalyan as a member of Tollywood. It started with his brother, Padmavibhushan Chiranjeevi giving out a video byte and then posting a video on his social media handle urging the people of Pithapuram to vote for PK. Then, Nani, Sampoornesh Babu among others tweeted similarly.

But, surprisingly, while Naga Babu, Pawan Kalyan's second brother has been actively working for Janasena holding the cadre together, all the mega heroes including Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, Vaisshnav Tej, and now Ram Charan have extended support to PK's political campaign. Many small-screen celebrities also have joined the campaign along with Getup Srinu, RP, Hyper Aadi, and Sudigaali Sudheer.

On the other hand, Allu Arjun visited his dear friend and the MLA candidate from YSRCP, Silpa Ravichander Kishore Reddy in Nandyal today, where he met with jam-packed crowds and immense uproar.
