At the prestigious 2024 International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, celebrated actor and producer, Ram Charan, was recognized with the "Madame Tussauds of the Future Award." This acknowledgment came just before the announcement that he would be immortalized in wax at Madame Tussauds Singapore. Known for his significant roles, including his performance in the critically acclaimed "RRR" (2022) and the eagerly awaited "Game Changer," Charan's wax figure is slated for unveiling in the summer of 2025. His addition to Madame Tussauds underscores not only his accomplishments in South Indian cinema but also his widespread popularity among fans across the globe.

During his acceptance speech, Ram Charan expressed his astonishment and gratitude for being honored by Madame Tussauds. He reminisced about his childhood visits to the museum, never imagining he would become part of its illustrious collection. "It's great to be a part of Madame Tussauds alongside others who have contributed so much to cinema. As a kid, when I visited Madame Tussauds to see the legends and take pictures with them, I never imagined I would one day be part of it so early in my career. I thank Madame Tussauds for acknowledging my work and motivating me to do better," Charan stated, highlighting the honor and motivation he felt from this recognition.

An interesting revelation at the IIFA Awards was the inclusion of Charan's pet, Rhyme, in his wax figure presentation. This unique addition makes Charan one of only two celebrities, alongside Queen Elizabeth II, to have their pets featured at Madame Tussauds. "I'm really touched that the Madame Tussauds team included my darling pet Rhyme with my figure. This means a lot to me. This one is special," he shared, emphasizing the personal significance of this gesture.
