Sathyam Sundaram is set in 1996. In the movie, Arvind's character Sathyam is forced to leave his family house. He along with his family moves to Visakhapatnam. But after almost 20 years he returns to his hometown Guntur to attend his cousin's wedding. There he meets Sundaram and instantly develops a connection.
