All eyes are set on the wedding ceremony of Tollywood's latest couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala. The soon-to-be bride and groom are back from IFFI 2024 event in Goa and are simultaneously looking closely into the preparation of their wedding set to take place on December 4 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.

Did Netflix Buy OTT Rights For Naga Chaitanya & Sobhita Dhulipala's Wedding?

As per the latest and viral reports on entertainment portals, Netflix India has come forward to buy the OTT rights to the wedding of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala. Both are super private individuals and their personal lives are far away from their glitzy and glamorous professional life. They always kept their personal life out of media and this wedding will be no different, it is believed. In the latest update that followed, the news about the wedding being streamed or rights being bought by Netflix or any other OTT platform are brushed off as complete baseless by a source close to the family and couple.

Nagarjuna Behind Netflix Deal?

However, Nagarjuna, who is not only a veteran and established actor of Tollywood but also a successful businessman, reportedly showed interest in selling the rights to Netflix India, especially after he was part of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan's wedding documentary on the OTT giant. He is keen on bringing in Netflix into the celebrations and was offered Rs 50 Crore. If Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala had given their nod to get their wedding ceremony to the public, is yet to be known.

Wedding At Annapurna Studios
The duo is set for a traditional Telugu wedding ceremony, which is going to be held at the family Studios. An elaborate set is being constructed in front of the late Akkineni Nageswara Rao's statue. Only about 300 people were invited to the event and invitations were already sent out to people like Amitabh Bachchan, Chiranjeevi, Daggubati family, among others. Celebs from the film fraternity, politicians, and businessmen are among the invitees apart from close friends and relatives.

Known for keeping their personal lives private, the couple are reportedly going to have a proper and typical Telugu Hindu wedding which will be eight hours long. Sobhita is a Brahmin and their families follow strict, elaborate, and extended events at weddings.

On the professional front, Naga Chaitanya is awaiting the theatrical release of his prestigious film 'Thandel,' which he believes is going to be a game-changer for his career. The movie starring Sai Pallavi, written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti will hit the screens in February.
