Sobhita Dhulipala & Naga Chaitanya's Wedding Preparations Begin With Pasupu Kottadam; Wedding Venue & Details

Sobhita Dhulipala's Pasupu Kottadam: Sobhita Dhulipala sprung a surprise to her fans and followers by posting a set of beautiful pictures from her Pasupu Kottadam function, the traditional beginning of a Telugu wedding.

Following the surprising engagement ceremony that took the internet by storm, Sobhita Dhulipala shocked everyone out of the blue by announcing the wedding preparation. The typical 'Pasupu Kottadam' event began at her house in Visakhapatnam on October 21.

In the pictures, the beautiful actress wore a traditional Ganga Jamuna Gadwal saree in bright Orange with Beige and Green colour borders. She wore traditional gold jewellery like 'Buttalu', 'Kante' and 'Chandraharam' along with glass bangles paired with gold bangles to finish off her proper traditional Telugu look.

Sobhita Dhulipala has been dating Naga Chaitanya since 2021 and the duo made it official by exchanging engagement rings in the presence of immediate families on August 8. There is no official information about the wedding date as of now but it is rumoured as November.

Destination Wedding For Sobhita & Naga Chaitanya

Buzz has it that the new couple wanted to get married at a palace in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Nagarjuna, father of the groom suggested they get married in Hyderabad itself but they chose a Taj palace in Jaipur as the venue for their destination wedding. More details about the same are awaited as of now.

Following his divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Naga Chaitanya openly dated Sobhita Dhulipala although neither of them has commented on it. The duo remained strictly tight-lipped about their relationship all this while.

Sobhita is 32 years old and hails from Tenali of Andhra Pradesh. Her father Venugopal Rao worked as a Merchant Navy Engineer and her mother Santha Kamakshi was a school teacher for primary kids. She grew up in Vishakhapatnam but moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in modelling and acting. She is a trained Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi dancer and also holds a degree in Corporate Law from the University of Mumbai. She studied at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.
