After the much-hyped release of his latest family actioner titled 'Guntur Kaaram,' written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Mahesh Babu seems unperturbed by the film's critical acclaim and is quickly getting in shape for his next, SS Rajamouli's globe-trotting adventure drama referred to as SSMB 29.

Mahesh Babu is said to have been undergoing a special medical-based body workout abroad under the guidance of a German doctor. The actor, who puts his body image on a pedestal than anything else, is reportedly undergoing several trainings to get into the character of the protagonist as envisioned by SS Rajamouli and written by his father, writer Vijayendra Prasad.

SSMB 29 will be made on a mammoth budget of about Rs 1000 Crore if the rumours are to be believed. Given the scale and set-up of the film that has SS Rajamouli as its helmer, nobody wonders why.

No Remuneration For Mahesh Babu For SSMB 29?

On the other hand, the latest buzz about SSMB 29 is about the remuneration of Mahesh Babu. The actor, who is the biggest superstar and the highest-paid Tollywood actor, is allegedly waiving off his remuneration for the film until the filming is completed or the movie gets released.

An enthusiastic movie updates page on the X platform, PaniPuri, in an exclusive post mentioned that Mahesh Babu is not getting any remuneration for Rajamouli's film. They also shared information as follows.

Rajamouli, who was worried about blocking Mahesh Babu for two years at least was assured by Mahesh Babu a time of up to 3 years. The actor is keen on the output and wants to make SSMB 29 an epic.

Rajamouli, like he did with Prabhas for Baahubali 1 and Baahubali 2, wanted to make Mahesh Babu a partner in the film, rather than pay him remuneration as compensation. Check out the tweet below.

Mahesh Babu As One Of The Producer For SSMB 29?

The movie SSMB 29 is being produced by KL Narayana, but SS Rajamouli is managing the finances and budgeting of the movie. Mahesh Babu is said to have advised the filmmakers not to worry about his remuneration until the movie is shot. Not only that but Mahesh Babu is also going to be the producer of this prestigious film.

According to the information that is doing the rounds on the internet, SS Rajamouli and the producers of SSMB 29 are reportedly in talks with Priyanka Chopra, the global actress to play the film's female lead. If not Priyanka, Rajamouli is keen on roping in an actress with global acclaim to fit the bill.
