Telugu Lyricist Kulasekhar, Famous For Chitram, Nuvvu Nenu, Santosham, Passes Away

Noted Telugu lyricist Kulasekhar passed away on Tuesday at Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad. The famous lyricist, who is well known for penning more than 100 films, has also written some of the most note-worthy lyrics of the films like Chitram, Jayam, Nuvvu Nenu, Santosham, Ramma Chilakamma, Vasantham, among others.
Telugu Lyricist Kulasekhar Death Reason
According to the reports, the lyricist has breathed his last at the age of 53 due to health complications. He was admitted to the hospital owing to health-related issues, however, he couldn't recover.
Kulasekhar was born on August 15, 1971 in Simhachalam. He has started his career as a film journalist in a leading media company. However, his passion for music and literature led him to try his hands as a lyricist. He made his debut as lyricist in Chitram, helmed by Teja, and bankrolled by Ramoji Rao. He has also directed a movie, Premalekha Rasha, which caused him fall into the debt trap. It got intensified as the film got delayed with time. Owing to financial crunch, he was once caught stealing from a temple in Kakinada. However, during the trial, it was found out that the lyricits has lost mental balance owing to severe depression due to monetary crunch. He was later shifted to Rajahmundry for treatment. In 2008, one of his close friends also reported that the lyricist has completely lost his all memory due to neuro problem in brain.
After serving six months in jail term, he was Kulasekhar was back to normal life, however, he couldn't get much opportunities in the film sector anymore. And he struggled to find work in the industry. For the unversed, Kulasekhar is survived by his wife, who works at a private firm, and two children.
