Actor Subbraju Finally Ties The Knot; All About His Wife: Tollywood's notable actor Subbaraju, who is 47, finally opened a new chapter in his life by tying the nuptial knot. The wedding which took place recently at an undisclosed location with immediate family and friends in attendance, followed a traditional Telugu style Hindu wedding.

Singer and entrepreneur Smita, who shares a very close bond with Subbaraju also took to her socials and shared a picture of her posing with the couple at the wedding. From the pictures, one could make it that it was an entirely traditional ritualistic wedding that took place with only an intimate circle of the bride and groom.

Who Is Subbaraju's Wife?

Shravanti Tapal is a science buff and a Dentist with BDS, DDS, and MPH degrees from Johns Hopkins University and Columbia University. She is a fitness enthusiast as well.

Her Instagram bio reads, " Science: 1st love, married to fitness and have a strong affair with sugars. Johns Hopkins'11, Columbia Dental NYC 20, (sic)." She also has a professional account under the name Sr. Sravanthi Tapal. She works as a Dentist at the Northwood Dental Centres, Florida.

For the wedding, Subbaraju wore a white and gold typical veshti and dhoti (Panche) for the nuptials while his wife Shravanti radiated all the wedding glow in what could be a Sabyasachi Red Kanchipattu saree with matching hand-embroidered blouse. She opted for a contrast green emerald beaded jewellery with polkis.

Subbraju, who was known for his peculiar personality and notable roles, was vocal about not having to get married for the sake of it and stayed happily unmarried all this while. He once shared in an interview, "Marriage has to happen and one should not get married just because of age or pressure. It is not something that can be fixed, it has to happen. For now, I don't feel the need to get married."
