Aditya 369 Gears Up For An Exciting Re-release: One of the most highly remarkable and evergreen films ever made in Telugu, stars Nandamuri Balakrishna and is by visionary filmmaker Sangeeta Srinivasa Rao. Titled 'Aditya 369,' the sci-fi film is India's first-ever time-travel movie which was a commercial success. Boasting cult status for its music and score composed by Ilaiyaraaja, the movie featuring Mohini and Silk Smitha as female leads is now gearing up for a re-release. Fans of the movie, Nandamuri Balakrishna, and Tollywood are super excited about it.

The movie which was released on July 18, 1991, has a runtime of 141 minutes and was the first production venture of the legendary, late SP Balasubramanyam, as a presenter. The movie received two Andhra Pradesh State Nandi Awards. The movie took Rs 1.6 Crore for its making and was shot in 110 days. PC Sreeram was cast as one of the cinematographers but VSR Swamy replaced him following the former's health issues. The movie was dubbed into Hindi and Tamil as Mission 369 and Apoorva Sakthi 369, respectively.

With a little improvisation on the technical front and re-mastering, Aditya 369 movie is going to entertain the typical 90s kids and the current generation movie enthusiasts once again on the big screens. The movie is going to hit the screens across the two Telugu states on April 4.

The remarkable Tollywood epic stars Nandamuri Balakrishna in a dual role as Krishna Kumar and Sri Krishnadevaraya, Mohini as Hema, Tinnu Anand as Prof Ramdas, Amrish Puri as Raja Varma, Silk Smitha as Simha Nandini, Chandra Mohan as Tenali Ramakrishna, J.V. Somayajulu as Timmarusu, Suthi Velu, Brahmanandam, Subhalekha Sudharkar, Raavi Kondala Rao, Gollapudi Maruti Rao, Chalapathi Rao, Tanikella Bharani, Babu Mohan, Annapoorna, Sri Lakshmi, and Kinnera in key roles. Actors Raasi and Tarun were part of the film as child actors.

The movie written and directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao has its dialogues penned by legendary Jandhyala. S Anitha Krishna and SP Balasubrahmanyam produced the movie under the Sridevi Movies banner. V.S.R. Swamy and Kabir Lal worked as the cinematographers while Gowtam Raju took care of the film's editing.
