Baahubali The Epic OTT Release: Baahubali: The Epic, a re-edited and remastered single-film version of S. S. Rajamouli's acclaimed two-part series, is reportedly set to make its digital debut soon. The combined film, which brings together footage from Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017), premiered in theaters worldwide on October 31, 2025. This edition features technical enhancements and includes a previously unreleased scene, presenting the epic story of Mahishmati in a condensed format.

Baahubali: The Epic presents a condensed version of the story from Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion, following Sivudu, a young warrior raised in a tribal village, as he discovers his royal heritage and the events that lead to the reclaiming of the kingdom of Mahishmati. The story explores his rise, the conflicts within the kingdom, and the alliances and betrayals that shape his path. Prabhas stars in dual roles as Sivudu and Baahubali, with Rana Daggubati as Bhallaladeva, Anushka Shetty as Devasena, and Tamannaah Bhatia as Avanthika, supported by a strong ensemble including Ramya Krishna, Nassar, Sathyaraj, Adivi Sesh, Kiccha Sudeepa, and others.

The production involved a skilled technical team: S. S. Rajamouli co-wrote the script with V. Vijayendra Prasad, with Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni producing under Arka Media Works. K. K. Senthil Kumar handled cinematography, Sabu Cyril led production design, M. M. Keeravaani composed the music, and P. M. Satheesh managed sound design. VFX was supervised by V. Srinivas Mohan, while stunts were choreographed by Peter Hein and his team. Costumes were designed by Rama Rajamouli and Prashanti Tripirneni, with editing by Tammiraju. Dialogues were adapted into Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil.
According to reports, the digital streaming of Baahubali: The Epic is expected to begin on JioHotstar from December 26, 2025, though an official announcement is awaited. This release will allow audiences to experience the entire saga in a single viewing, combining the grandeur and drama of both films while offering previously unseen material.
The upcoming OTT availability is likely to attract both longtime fans and new viewers, providing an opportunity to revisit the epic narrative and the scale of Rajamouli's vision in a consolidated format.
